It realy helped my a lot. Going to try drive firmware. I contacted memorex the manufacture of my 2 dvd dual layer lightscribe burners and the dvd media i was trying to use and he sent me this: "Please run this tool Problem solved!
Also it is not able to read. Yep I have try'd that & had NO success. And if they do, they should consider using something else, like ImgBurn or InfraRecorder.
