It looks like you extracted a second copy of Drupal core into home/intknow/domains/intknowledge.com/public_html/sites/all/modules/drupal-6.22/, when it already exists at the docroot (public_html) level. Any clue? Basically you have duplicated modules: modules/system modules/drupal-6.13/modules/system You can have only one core modules at time, please remove modules/drupal-6.13 or move this directory outside your web dir. news I'm not sure how this should be fixed.
