After being at my whits end, I took the video_TS files and transferred them over to my 8yr old G5 tower. Hope that helps! It might help you narrow down your problems, sort of like a check list. This isn't the first time I've built a DL DVD in this program, but it's the first time I've ever had these issues. It all comes down to how finicky DL disk burning is I guess. I would put a few screen shot here, but it doesn't allow it.
