Even at two-pass VBR, you'd be compressing into a range that would start to easily show noise. i had another project i did earlier in the day that contained some (not all) of the files, and they all went fine.This is like losing your wallet downtown but looking Images are fine because they are small in file size. the one which you've used to be encoded by Compressor.

I have had good results on projects that crash by pre-encoding video, then importing. Episode is another option, but that's one I've not used to date. What is CBR?
