hi Drrock, well, the first thing is to use good brand media...plenty of posts on apple's boards about that topic. I have always used the same kind of media (verbatim) burning with the exact same process in DVDSP. This is required even though it is not built or used as first play. That .img file is a single file and should be easily copied between computers as ofter as you'd like. Avoid them and any of the cheap brands such as those that can be bought at the supermarket.
