To the right will be the lens... In this case that little push may get your spindle motor to rev back up back into action. I managed to jam it with a flat bladed screwdriver which allowed it to be extracted. Although, I've even used petroleum jelly in a pinch.

Mayor: An expert whose answer got voted for 2 times. She had it back up and running in less than 20 minutes! I figured this out by reading a message posted by someone on this forum and i wanted to share my story and my expierence with the H02 error: http://www.howtomendit.com/answers.php?id=13096 Adam Kolak reply Congrats, Your explanation Submitted by BOB (not verified) on Mon, 06/13/2011 - 14:54 Congrats, Your explanation and pictures saved me some money.

Worked like a charm in 4 minutes. I found your answer and tried it and it worked!!! the first time, opened the player, then simply moved the lens position via the gear cogs - but without removing the lens and motor assembly. I had a Panasonic LS-82 portable DVD with the same error, and no sign of the motor running.

I didnt even open up the machine , i just pushed the position of the laser reader a millimetre to the right ... It's always good to find something with the same characteristics as the original lubricant, when possible. Remove the disk from the player and look for the little round spindle the the Disk fits onto.

Its a bit hard to move the reader but must push carefully... Sadly this 1st time I was not successful (the error was the same). AFTER TURNING IT ON, I TRIED A DVD, I GOT THE H03 ERROR. The photos in your artile were very helpful in fixing HO3 error of my Panasonis DVD - LS90.

To test if the Error H03 problem has been resolved, I replaced the bottom housing and connected the battery to turn the DVD on. reply I never normally feel Submitted by Darren (not verified) on Mon, 09/09/2013 - 19:47 I never normally feel compelled to leave a comment on these sort of things but in Page 1 of 2 1 2 sharon Contact options for registered users posted on January 19, 2010, 12:09 am I bought a Panasonic DVD-LS850 and it came up with the All rights reserved.
