You need to replace those corrupted drivers in the "C:\windows\systems32\drivers\" folder with fresh ones. It is some sort of DNS issue because I was able to access google and yahoo by typing in a numeric web address, but not the regular name of the sites. There was also a process called Ping.exe in the processes that increasingly took up a lot of memory and would reappear after being killed from processes. Hope it resovles your problem.
