Any ideas why? It's very strange behaviour. Has anyone else had these experiences? I have a decent firewall at home, so I disabled the local firewall on the Media Center, (Start > Run > firewall.cpl). 1. have a peek at this web-site

Anyway, the over the weekend my "test" XviD video played for a good 20-30 mins, with no disconnections. Otherwise, the DD-WRT router will disconnect and you'll have to reboot it when turning on the PS3. I have a D-Link wireless-N router which I was previusly using with my Virgin Media cable modem. Firewall: using Windows Firewall. Get your Portable ID! I've just done a bit of testing, and it seems that the really big files are messing up the streaming.
