What format are you working with ? That may work for you. cyclic redundancy error? THe only way to "backup" those dvd's is to rip the video from the disc and then burn the file to a disc. why not try these out

Going any further in attempting to "crack" the encryption would likely violate copyright laws. useful reference i recently bought some movies through netflix, i tried to back them up on another disk, just to have like i do with the good majority of my movies. Have DVD Shrink that image, and traditionally that has been successful for me. This can happen in Windows while reading a disc or in any number of programs, including DVD Shrink. If the movie can play at all I can get it this way and get a totally clean rip. If the issue isn't related to some new copy protection / DRM / nonstandard formatting of the commercial disc and its a matter of trying to get damaged sectors read then Although each of the programs you've mentioned continue to prove to be useful/usable with many DVDs, they are fairly old and as a consequence, there are many DVDs these programs CANNOT my review here By posting to this forum you agree to abide by the rules.

well considering you don't know if hes tried using DVD decryptor... in the "CSS" tab, under "CSS Cracking Method", choose "Brute Force ~> I/O Key Exchange" and "On Failure" choose "Yes". . I've tried DVD Decrypter, but it just keeps popping up an I/O error saying "unrecovered read error". You can only upload a photo (png, jpg, jpeg) or a video (3gp, 3gpp, mp4, mov, avi, mpg, mpeg, rm).
